BEC’s partner organization, the Butte Compost Coalition made the news recently in regard to Senate Bill 1383 and community composting. Friend of BEC and compost guru, Janel Luke, asks county residents “to fill out a survey to provide key information on the county's knowledge and use of composting.” The survey for households is available here, and the survey for businesses is available here.
